First sessions normally last up to 90 minutes, subsequent sessions approximately 60 minutes.

All sessions are payable in advance – in the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given with 24+ hour’s notice.
Discounted rates apply to blocks of sessions booked in advance – this is to encourage you to complete a course of treatment, as each session builds on the work achieved in the previous one.
