Goal setting can be a really effective way to focus your thoughts, in order to produce actions to achieve what you want in life.

Working with you, I help you identify your top priorities to achieve over the following 90 days, including:
- relationship/emotional and
- spiritual/intellectual goals.
I then help you break these goals down into manageable steps and then prioritise the ones you *really* want to tackle as quickly as possible. I work with you to ensure you can identify the benefits to be derived from achieving your action steps and goals – without understanding the benefits,your subconscious is likely to resist doing anything that takes you out of your comfort zone.
These goals are then worded in a way that “sounds” natural to you, with the optimum language to encourage your subconscious mind to work towards positive change. I then embed them into a personalised self hypnosis mp3.
The self hypnosis mp3 works at a subconscious level to:
- get your mind accepting these goals as reality,
- boost your confidence in your ability to achieve your goals,
- keep you motivated to achieve them
- keep you focussed on what is important to you at this time
This whole process can take up to 2 weeks as we review and refine those all important steps and benefits to achieving your goals.

Once you have your mp3, you simply listen to it 2 to 3 times a week to let the goals sink into your subconscious mind. Ideally, listen to the recording when you are not likely to be disturbed during it – often just before your normal bedtime is easiest as you are already conditioned to relax at that time.
