During October, thousands of people across England are taking part in Stoptober – a new, exciting 28 day challenge to stop smoking.
To support this initiative, I am now including a month of ongoing coaching support free of charge with each booking for smoking cessation.
Research indicates that if you stop smoking for 28 days, you are 5 times more likely to stay a non smoker.
